Responsibilities

  • Source and market quality candidates from our job portals
  • Source candidates for suitable vacancies
  • Work specs received from clients
  • Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs
  • Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations
  • Marketing of adverts on LinkedIn

Qualifications

  • Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years Recruitment experience
  • Computer literacy
